• Discount applies to both Avis car and UK van rentals.
• 10% discount available in the following regions: Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East, North America and Australasia.
• The 10% discount excludes the following regions: South America and Asia Pacific (American Samoa, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia (Tahiti), New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Vanuatu New Hebrides and Western Samoa)
• Maximum rental length is 28 days.
• Dates and locations may be varied at any time prior to booking and without prior notice.
• Offer valid for rentals booked directly with Avis online or by phone.
• This offer is not available for bookings of Avis Prestige or Select Series vehicles.
• This offer is not valid in the UK Channel Islands - Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Orkney and Shetland.
• Discount applies to the rental charge for the vehicle only.
• Discount does not apply to fees for optional extras (such as special equipment, additional drivers, optional coverage or pre-paid fuel) nor to mandatory taxes, young driver surcharges, premium location fees, pay-on-return fuel charges, one-way fees or accident, damage or theft processing fees.
• Claims related to damage, or theft is subject to a contribution from the renter which can be reduced by purchasing optional waivers.

• Renter must meet the applicable Avis age, driver and credit requirements for the rental station you wish to rent from. Minimum age may vary by location.

• Personal data will be taken where necessary from the Company's employees but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the rental. This information may be shared with any other third parties without liability to such third parties. All information you provide when "booking" and "renting" with Avis will be held on the Avis database. Avis will process the Customer personal data only in compliance with Privacy and Data Protection requirements. From time to time Avis may wish to use the employee name and address to send information on Avis products and promotions that may interest.
• The rules and any dispute or difference relating to them shall be governed by the laws of England.
• Avis reserves the right to revoke the use of discount at their sole discretion without giving any notice.
